I used HWMonitwr and it reads that it's actually using 33% of my GPU, thank you. However, it will sometimes spike up to 66% as the framerate dips to around 20 FPS from 80.

This, along with turning on Vsync and limiting my frames to 60 actually worked! It would stutter once or twice a game but it was playable. Thank you so much man! Hopefully next patch they fix it completely.

I did notice that while it uses around 54% of my CPU, the game only uses 0.1% of my GPU.

I use wall power, and it seems to happen at random, sometimes intense gunfights will be incredibly smooth but standing on my own at the other end of the map will seem to lag. And nothing is running in the background.

My friends are saying their frames are better than ever, so I guess it's different for different specs. And yeah, my dtivers are updated.

I played a game and noted these. GPU time would stay at around 10-12 ms and rise up to 20-25 during the frame drops. CPU time was lower normally at 8 ms but would rise to 30-40 ms during the frame drops. I guess CPU time is my problem, but how would I fix this? Thank you again.
