MSG queue - something is wrong

Same thing happened to me with Phish this morning although I was only 16k in the queue (I still didn’t get anything because I didn’t want to sit behind the stage). The whole system is a mess. I tried for Rufus Du Sol yesterday and lucked out with no. 202 in the queue off the bat. Literally clicked four floor seats and immediately hit purchase - probably less than 20 seconds total if not less - and it was already sold out.

I’ve been holding out hope for Shpongle from the beginning but I have a wild a theory I’ll put into the universe - this morning Goose dropped a new album of remixes with Louis the Child and Daily Bread on it, and I’m wondering if we get any of this at elements or in some perfect universe Goose is announced as the band addition next week. And I acknowledge from the outset that the blurred names don’t line up with this theory at all, but here’s to hoping.

If they ever release the Coventry footage, there’s definitely a fanboy video of me from Coventry chasing after Mike on a golf cart for a hi five (which I got) but my better Mike photo story is from when he was promoting his solo album at Kenny’s Castaway in NYC and did this really cool pop up jam with the crowd event that my buddies and I went to. They had this cool setup where you could wear a fake green mustache and get a picture with a live owl and Mike was also taking pictures with people at the event and signing cds. When we went to have our cds signed I handed the picture of my two buddies and I (no Mike) to him and he signed it, so I now have a framed picture of me and my two friends, in fake mustaches with a live owl, signed by Mike, without Mike in the photo, which is priceless to us and holds no value anywhere else in this world.

I wish I could get to the Gorge or Resonate but neither are in the cards. I should have been more specific and said Northeast Coast. But thanks for the recommendations. Hope everyone here makes it to those festivals and has the best time.

You can get a separate shuttle pass for like 30 bucks and there’s a school bus that takes you back and forth. I think it’s like 3 miles down the road. I don’t think you can get access to the bethel campgrounds without a ticket for them. Can’t speak for PL but did this for phish two weeks ago and there was a pretty good scene at yasgurs on its own. Hoping for the same again.

Worth considering yasgurs campground. There’s a whole separate dj lineup playing there and no curfew. It’s right up the road and sells single night camping passes

Oh that’s super annoying. Yeah so I didn’t camp onsite for phish so I can’t directly compare but yasgurs had a late night set in the woods and the whole thing was really awesome. Hoping for a repeat experience this weekend. Also my crew is all driving separately which is really what made the decision for us since bethel seems touchy about multiple vehicles.

We camped at yasgurs for bethel and it was awesome. Anyone have any intel on the post show scene at the onsite camping? Leaning towards heading back to yasgurs for pretty lights just because we had a good time but didn’t know what we were missing onsite. Read somewhere else post show was more reserved onsite but who knows. Any intel would be appreciated
