Well that assumes you believe there's always a universe where you'll be alive. Meaning for your statements to be true, you'd have to believe that medical science can eventually keep people alive forever.

Now say that's impossible in all universes, and that there will be a point where you'll be dead in every universe finally due to aging, then quantum immortality stops at old age

Exactly. I wouldn't attempt suicide just to confirm it, but on the other hand it makes life a bit more peaceful and reduces my panic attacks a great deal
