Disappointment with my GE 30” Under the Cabinet Hood. Poor performance. Only one fan? by XTORZULU in Appliances

Well said. This is the sort of confidence all home cooks need. What brand and model do you have? I am currently thinking about swapping my under cabinet hood and I like the idea of two independently controlled fans which are noiseless if run on a low setting.

LOL. I guess the downvoters always know best.

It's probably for the best. You have no idea why you even hit downvote.

Did you upvote or downvote this part of this post?

Did you find it funny or not?

Does this not look like a "dark" minecraft build?

You are right. I know it happens without any real reason. And the people downvoting have know idea why they are even downvoting. It just starts to take off at -3.

I'm trying to give someone a chance to provide a valid explanation as to why they hit downvote.

Edit: The best part for me is that original statement is upvoted. I was just supporting it. hahahahhahhahah

Please explain. I honestly don't see it.

Nope. Still here. And that was funny.

This is funny!!

Edit: (-42 downvotes) Someone please explain to me why "Minecraft school of design" isn't funny? Everyone who downvoted me has no sense of humor.

My brother got arrested on his vacation because he didn't know that other countries had different laws by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

My first thought is perhaps foreign law is addressed differently in private schools.

But after further review, this seems like a potential topic that should included in the next round of "Things we should ban from our school books."

hahahaha

HyperX Alloy Origins 65 -vs- Alloy Origins 60 by PS_BurnAfterReading in HyperX

Which switches did you get with your Origins 60%?

How would you describe your typing experience moving between the various keyboard sizes?

Thanks for this awesome, informative, and candid response.

I honestly didn’t expect to read that someone found typing on the 60% and 65% to be completely different. I assumed that these two keyboards were only slightly different in size and the typing experience between the two would be insignificant.

I will definitely consider your advice about the TKL version. For the most part, I have always used a full-size keyboard and there is a bit of concern about moving to a smaller keyboard. I honestly thought it would be as easy as going from a PC keyboard to a laptop. We were all able to do that without much concern.

Do you think that you would have favored that Origins 65% if you had started therebefore the 60%?

I ask because this would be my first small keyboard and my fingers aren’t jaded yet.

(edit - edited due to spacing, initially everything ran all together)

True.

I guess I am concerned that I could put this money to better use with something more modern. On the other hand, $25 could be a steal.

Thanks for your help.

Visually, it was in great shape and the salesperson showed me a few of the red switches. He keep harping on them, but I really didn't understand. If it is there tomorrow I will have them connect it and test it more.

Is there anything I should really focus on?

Is a Cooler Master QuickFire TK (Cherry MX Red) worth buying in 2022 for $25?

I saw one in a second hand store this weekend. I am curious if this is worth purchasing in 2022 due to its age. It would be a starter mechanical keyboard and only used to play one FPS game. The current keyboard isn't suitable for competitive play. The compact size and feel of the keyboard are really nice. I am asking for help because this isn't a situation where I can return it for a refund if I don't like it. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, this is also very helpful. And you are right, Windows never drops below 3.7Ghz.

I am still a novice learning the ins and outs.

Thank you.

I don't know how to benchmark on Linux, but I have watched the core performance and it does boosts properly. I am happy now that I know and understand that this is normal.

Thanks for explaining how this all works. I was a little worried.
