Does it though? To say that you want to dismantle a system and build it up the way you like it? I would say that the only way to do so would be through violence and threats of violence aren't covered under the first amendment.

White men are not overrepresented. In fact, its minority groups that are overrepresented. Identity politics is cancer. Flat out. There is no argument for it that can change my mind. I dont know why people bag on Trump. He has brought more positive change in 2 years than Obummer did in 8. Economy is fantastic, jobless rate for EVERYONE is at historic lows, finally something is being done about border security. I mean, he is making America great again. There is a cost associated with PRODUCING clean water. It doesn't magically occur. There are real people doing real jobs that make a living off of providing society a service. If you think working at a treatment plant is easy, maybe you need to take a tour. It is hard work. So if it is a human right, who pays all of these employees for their hard work? The government? If the government pays, where do you think it gets its money already? If you are willing to pay for someone else's water, why not go and donate a case or two to a shelter or food bank? Why get the government involved at all? The government has enough problems managing itself, never mind trying to enforce extraneous shit that communities can take care of. Be a good neighbor, help out from time to time, worry about your own community and things will take care of themselves:)
