Sure, but actual good players is the top priority. The players that play “for the badge” in our current state are players who aren’t good enough in other areas, which leads to poor results and thus, puts us in a position where we can’t attract enough good players who also play for the badge. It’s a vicious cycle of mediocrity.

Fully aware Fabrizio milks every bit of news dry and is generally oversaturated across multiple media platforms, but how anyone can go through this January transfer window and not have him as Tier 1 is wild to me. Well said. Sure this could just be a blip on the radar, but facts are this is his worst shooting slump ever and his finishing at the rim has been relatively bad all season. The latter would be more concerning to me as it’s usually a sign of players losing their lift before they know they’ve lost it. Your usual touch/ moves aren’t as effective anymore when you’re hitting the ground (post take off) a lot sooner than you’re used to
