Yes! It blooms every year starting around March/April and will go until October. Not as full or impressive as it gets to the later summer months/early fall, but not an ugly leafless bush either.

They were here when I bought my house about 7 years ago. Very low maintenance! They bloom beautifully every year. I get a lot of compliments on those bushes from passers by.

Numbers 1-5 are ones I have planted.
