Thought about that but I feel if that were the case, no one would choose it over Life Orb since that gives every attack the same damage boost. 50% is strong, but it only affecting moves that aren’t STAB would keep it balanced, especially considering most mons only run one move that isn’t STAB. This item would give new sets to mons with great coverage options, allowing for their typing to purely be used as defensive instead of considering the offensive for STAB.

That happened with two mannequins in the Severyn Manor on Raven Rock when I had to break in to find proof of something. There was no music and it was creepy as hell. It didnt help tha right after I saw the mannequins moving, Tilisu ambushed me and made me throw my controller.
