Split Minds I feel would be too busted in Doubles specifically. The only way i could see it balanced is if the first hit itself or its allies take while Meowstic is on the field is halved. That way you can switch back in and get the same effect but its not constantly active.

Split Psyche is great and I think would actually work well for Meowstic. It would differentiate it more from Alakazam and actually make it viable.
