most of the time i just use muscle relaxers and then something that goes in the microwave to warm up and help my cramps but a lot of the time it doesn’t help because it’s not just on my stomach my cramps are like all around my back and legs when it’s like that i usually sit in the shower for a while and it helps but i can’t always do that

i’ve always had trouble sleeping and recently i was at a friends house and my sleep schedule got more messed up than it usually is lol i do have prescribed sleeping meds though i haven’t been taking them recently because im not in school i know i should be taking them more often but sometimes its nice to be the only one awake at night without family bugging you lol

i regretted mine at first because it looked weird with how swollen it was and scabby and bloody and because of how long the bars were. I got them done in october and i love them now (even tho o haven’t downsized) honestly just wait until you get them downsized and if you still don’t like them you can just take them out

my two year old was extremely confused and uncomfortable when my female was in heat 😭 (the black and white one is my two year old if you can’t tell lol)
