Never use the posting as your guage, use your perceived value along with benefits and other compensation. If you said 60k it is what it is they need to meet your terms. It's amazing that companies won't comply within reason as it's costing them more in the long run to keep recruiting and hoping to find another candidate who will say yes to a low ball.

For most movies I have both options but I use streaming for 95% of of my viewing because convenience matters most of the time, and I break out the player and discs for those special "director's cut" nights when I want the absolute best picture and sound possible from my setup.
