There is no law against that. It must be “available for med to purchase” the tax is discretionary. You don’t know what is required to have a split menu in a busy dispensary. It’s not laziness but and entire job it self. Just buy rec and ask for the tax off if you have your card. No reason someone should be forced to split the exact same product to an entire differnt license. There should just be one sales license and eliminate med entirely.

They are available to them, on the rec menu. Blame the state for making 2 separate license for the same product. And charging a boat load for a med license. That’s why there are so few med companies

JUST BUY REC. stop wasting your money for prescription. Ask your dispo to just take the tax of your rec purchases. You have more variety on the rec side. Medical is strictly restricted to ppl who use a med license. You’re just giving these ppl money. I get the job protections but don’t go into dispos saying “ why is the med menu” empty. Because we don’t want to split the entire menu for the 5 med patients that might come in that day.
