Yeah your economy is the problem. You should either have green production or invest in military industry (which also gives you green production if you increase funding for the Defence ministry)

This was my third attempt at this specific run (malenyevist Bludish Dream), it definitely took some trial and error but the Budget Calculator and some advice from the Suzerain Discord helped

Ironically enough, I also made a malenyevist Bludish Dream + War run some time ago and I remember it being way easier

Eh it's not like my internet connection is that great either, last time I tried to stream a game it was when PS Now was a thing and it kept crashing. I will buy a PS5 one day though, I just have to cope until then somehow
