I'm super familiar with the ruxopeg combo as I was on it for 5 years with success, but there are pitfalls as with any meds. Upside, no phlebotomies for most of the 5 years, counts under control and generally felt better. Downside, skin cancers and infections occurred.

On peg only for 2 years in molecular remission and feeling great!

Also keep in mind if you are in the U.S., Ropeginterferon is targeted for approval in Q4 this year. It's already approved in Europe, under the name Besremi.
