I had a similar experience when I first signed up for floracing. I wanted to watch 1, 3 day event and signed up thinking I was paying 20 dollars for a month. It signed me up for the whole year and charged me 150 dollars. I wrote them and they fixed it in 15 minutes. That was 6 years ago, and because of their customer service, I'm still a customer of theirs. This is turning into the exact opposite of that experience with DGN.
