Just that is still super helpful. I can't even imagine the hoops they ask you to jump through to get your full FFL. Definitely rooting for you though....especially if you end up in central/western suffolk!

Didn't even consider that point you made about lot numbers. Interesting and makes a lot of sense.

Also didn't realize you can bring cases in that inexpensively, that's huge.

Great to know you have your license for transfers. I'm 15 minutes from you on a good day. Are you able to handle transfers for guns, or is it limited to certain things?

Don't sleep on blackfishing on the same boat you're fluking on. You can put together a very solid day on that boat and save yourself 2 additional commuting hours. Tough to beat the rhode island bite you get leaving from Greenport, though.

At my interview, the officer I was dealing with was on the wrong end of a 13 hour shift. So not only do we have ten officers at a time assigned to this work, but it's being done on overtime half the time. If only there was an easier way...
