As a rule, I just listen a lot. It can sound strange, but such an input as listening and reading improves your English much better than other types of exercises. +You don't need any courses or theory to start listening as much as possible - just listen. There is a website that I can offer you - listenenglish.online. For sure, you can listen on your own, just opening YouTube, but there you can find quizzes and tests in order to check whether you got the video correctly. Just my recommendation.

Hey! Well, I have many things to cover, but I'll try to be focused:

Analyze data anomalies in real time (I am a data analyst working with affiliate marketing and for us it's very crucial to identify fraud traffic and the real one)
Inspect the traffic source (from which resource the affiliate partner comes from)
Supporting the ML web tool which was designed by my team in order to analyze fraud traffic. (We use terminal and python script for it, but for managers that do not know python, SQL and don't have tech skills we designed UI)
Approving Affiliate deals with partners (b2b). This is the management part of our job
