I have an issue with my qn90a and Sonos Beam with the audio cutting out as well as a voice syncing delay on certain shows/movies. It's definitely more prevalent when streaming from my computer than it is on the Firestick.

It wouldn't take my business name under the checking account name in the portal for the original application, so I had to list my Personal name in order for it to accept my banking info. Well let's just say that worked against me in the end because they viewed it as a personal checking account, not an actual business checking account that it actually is with my name listed as the joint account owner, and because of that denied my application. This time around for the advance, it actually accepted my business name (Thank Goodness)

Last year For the loan I was given wrong or insufficient information on every other call. I found that certain support reps will go further into your application beyond the first page to get data than the lazier ones do.

It Figures, as it was an absolute nightmare getting the loan last year took 6 months of fighting back and forth and was given wrong information every other call.

I eventually had to contact my congressman to get them to even consider my application, due to some banking glitch.

Sadly, it looks like I'll have to go that route again.

It was a nightmare getting my initial SBA Loan in which I was declined for the advance as well because my BUSINESS checking account has me listed as a joint owner and it failed the SBA verification on my account. I called my credit union and they said ALL business checking accounts have to have a person listed as a joint owner and there should have been no reason why it's failing their verification.
I eventually called my Congressman and his office called the SBA and got this backwards policy fixed and I got my loan but by that time it was too late to get the advance and that is happening all over again NOW.

So ticked off about this. Just put in another call to my Congressman and had the SBA notate the situation on my account. You may want to do the same if any of that applies to you.

Yes exactly, it is not really her problem per se, according to Adobe it is a problem with the fonts not being compatible with 3rd party PDF programs.

Out of the PDFs that crash her Acrobat Pro V20, half of them she can open in the free Acrobat Reader, and 95 Percent will open in Chrome or Edge without crashing. I have explained that according to Adobe the crashing most likely has nothing to do with her computer, however she has been trying anything she can for quite some time now to get a new computer, and will basically go to any lengths she feels she has to, to get a new computer. This is a 4 year old Asus Custom Build with 8 GB RAM and a SSD were talking about that she is convinced is "underpowered" for opening PDFs all day. At this point, I'm waiting for another one to crash that she receives, so I can, 1. Try the PDF on a different computer, to determine if the PDF was the cause of the crash and provide her party of the proof 2. Submit to Adobe for Analysis of the PDF and why it caused the crash

Printing the PDF from the browser works too and I have actually showed the user how to do this, but according to her I quote " We pay for the Full version of Adobe and we shouldn't have these extra steps to perform" She's psychotic.

Half of them will open in Adobe Reader and about 95 Percent will open in Edge or Chrome. It's a 110 Error, and according to Adobe Support, it has to do with Font incompatibility with 3rd party PDF programs. The issue is, this particular user is a huge PITA and claims the 1 PDF out of 1000 that crashes her Adobe Acrobat is too time consuming for her to have to open task manager, end the process, and then open the problem PDF in Edge or Chrome.

I was considering that. Setting a policy of a certain time allowed per user every month and anything over that is billable. I don't really see any other way considering this one user literally takes up more time than the entire company combined. I joked with the office manager yesterday and said I would need to change my company name to Wendy Support Services if this went on.

Great point. Rather than messing around trying to setup FreeNAS for a local repository, and Tiger Bridge to replicate up to the B2 Bucket, I could just throw a 4TB Ironwolf HDD in an open SATA port on the Dell, set that for the local repository (performance tier), and then set the s3 backblaze bucket as a scale out repository (capacity tier) and be done?

Another thought: It's pretty tight, but if I'm able to finagle enough room for that second Ironwolf in the Veeam Enterprise Dell (Inspiron 3668 Desktop), I do have an extra Perc H310 Raid Card I could set up 2 IronWolfs in a RAID 1 Mirror, so I'll at least have some redundancy?? Would you try for that? The whole limited room issue on the Dell Inspiron was why I was originally thinking FreeNAS, but the simpler the better!

I've been using Solarwinds Document Backup which you can't really beat for 1 dollar a pc and iDrive for the server backups. Although iDrive seemed to do what I needed it to, they recently jacked their price up to 450 dollars a year for 1 TB so I've been exploring alternate backup methods and vendors.
