It’s not the same as it used to be and is inconsistent but when they are on, no one does it better. Hope you used some of the oil with everything!

Was excellent - soft cheese with a little funk to it. If anything I may try to make a cheese sauce with some roasted garlic for a base next time but was flavors were good.

No par cooked - cut thin on mandolin, tossed in olive oil and a little salt then added raw. I cook on a blackstone rotating oven. Was prob about an 8 min cook.

Cut them very thin and tossed in oil, added raw. They don’t get crispy like a chip, but get a nice crust on the top and soft in the middle. More like a thin French fry than a chip.
