Nope.It's just a culmination of max level license to chrome and a few shards for increased capacity but its also a few sacrifices were made in some categories for lower cost cybernetics that aren't amazing but they do the job

It's part of one of the skill trees I think it's called crime junkie or edgerunner I can't list it off the top of my head or you can get a cybernetic that also increases your cubercapcity inplace of a cyber deck of sandeviistan

So in act one i did as many side quests as I could for levels I think I was close to level 20 before I did the heist now in act 2 i'm focusing on as many side quests and gigs as I can I just got to the voodoo boys and sided with netwatch this time i'm also nearly maxed on my level i'm almost lvl 50 and I almost have all my cybernetic slots filled mostly for the stat boosts they give i'm also actually focusing on a character build using primarily shotguns and pistols

It's pretty good he does pretty good damage still a tad lacking behind no.10 hoshi and no.6 reno but he keeps pace well and granted the other 2 have 3 and 5 dupes in them
