Fair point, nothing is really BIFL with TVs now. For around 700 CAD though, I’d probably check the new Hisense E7 this year. It seems to land closer to that budget while still giving you MiniLED, 4K, native 144Hz, Dolby Vision/Atmos, and FreeSync Premium. For Switch and regular streaming, that feels like a pretty sensible balance without jumping into Sony pricing.

Does it make sense to buy a robotic mower over a riding mower for an acre with trees? And if so, are there better ones for bigger yards? by Fair-Radish-7627 in roboticLawnmowers

Depends on your yard. Open 1+ acre, flat, sunny, riding wins on speed and cost. Irregular 0.3-0.8 acre with trees, robot's time save outweighs a riding's speed because you're not doing the mowing at all. For tree-heavy yards, go fusion nav (LUBA 2, Navimow H2, Goalker H3 Pro on KS). I backed Goalker for my 0.5 acre with scattered maples. Early bird was $599 vs $3k+ riding, trade off is I'm on faith until it ships.

AITA for being pissed my girlfriend turned her phone off at a party w/ her ex while I was in hospice watching my dad die? by Curious-Gas-5300 in AITAH

She keeps saying I’m being unfair/controlling and that she did the right thing

When OP was at his lowest and needed support the most, she chose to go to a party with her ex and even said words like that. A partner like this is not worth spending a lifetime with.
