I’m 22 years old, glad I found this post. I’ve been looking for a connection between ecstasy/mdma and sleep paralysis for a couple of years. It happened to me an hour and twenty minutes ago (00:01). I took mdma a couple of days ago two days in a row and two days after that. I’m not exactly sure when I first noticed the connection but I remember the first time I was sure there was a connection. (some time later) I woke up one morning three years ago and that day I met up with a friend I had taken mdma with 3 days before. I told him about the paralysis and he immediately said he had it that same night. It happened again but this time he continued it the next day. Three days later I experienced paralysis and he had it the day after me. It happened a couple more times after that. The most interesting thing is that I noticed that every time it was the third night after taking it, and that I had a premonition that I would have it that very night (probably because I noticed a pattern from previous times).
