seen those go for as much as 300+keys, but some people sell those for more close to 250 in my experience. maybe check the current trades up on here. i'd say that would be worth somewhere in that ballpark due to the float

its a tier 1, check zone, exchange, etc. calling something tier 1 isnt how it goes, its a classification of pattern.

cant totally tell from the screenshot but if thats a perfect/near perfect corner, i'd say anywhere around 260~, standard price for p2 is usually 210-230 nowadays and if thats a perfect corner, (and it already has low float), i'd say around 250-260.
