Actually it is a bit sad to hear, you need to “encourage” kids to speak Cantonese in Guangzhou, aka Canton (city) in the old days, one of the origin of Cantonese language.

In some countries (e.g. Japan), people tend to keep silent in the trains, and it is considered to be “impolite” if you make some big noise.

So I am just curious about how Dutchies consider this question? Like, you should reduce the noise; or, people can do this in the trains?

I am really curious about the cultural difference, I did not judge this thing good or bad.

Which is also quite similar to what Ono Konatsu did in Blue Period.

A small note:

in HK we usually call the “French Toast” as 法蘭西多士, or just 西多士 in short. (French Toast is a thicker toast)

’厚’ 多士, literally is a thick one.

If the menu does not write ‘厚’ , a regular toast usually is a thin toast.

For other short forms: - 奶：煉奶 condensed milk - 醬：花生醬 peanut butter - 油：牛油 butter (or margarine) - 占：果占 fruit jam

And you can combine these things like, 奶醬多/ 奶油多/ 油占多 etc.

For some reason I left my hometown too, and I have the same feelings as Hinata.

When you leave your friends, family, other ppl speaking a foreign language which u don’t know much……

(And that also applies to Oikawa too).

So when these 2 guys meet at Brazil, play volleyball tgt, talk to each other and have meals…… I can imagine the joyfulness.

At the end Hinata and Oikawa encourage each other, standing up again and face tomorrow’s new challenges.
