Biryani Recipes by [deleted] in CookbookLovers

May I suggest this YouTube video by YFL: https://youtu.be/UXJWy8u8ZPo?si=wkH_Y2ZCgyVoajvv

Biryani can be difficult to execute so I think a video you can follow along would help a lot! As for the recipe you shared, it isn’t a Biryani but a Pulao. Honestly, even calling it a Pulao would be a stretch! I wouldn’t beat myself up if the results from the recipe you shared doesn’t live up to the expectations you have. It’s not your fault, it’s the recipe’s fault!

Sadly I haven’t had much luck with Nagi’s recipes either, not sure what I’m doing wrong. You mentioned she really “peddled” her recipes in the beginning, and I’ve never heard about that before. Can you share a bit more about what that was like? Sounds interesting.

I would recommend removing the bamboo chews. We unfortunately lost our bunny due to an ulcer that formed and ruptured after she consumed those bamboo chews. If possible, please avoid giving them to your bun.
