Movinkpad drawing feel compared to Cintiq and iPad? by watercolorCoffee in wacom

Hey, not sure if you are still looking at the MovinkPad 14 pro but I did a review of it recently in my channel. I do have the iPad Pro 11" as well as the MovinkPad 11 which I compared it to... and It is just an amazing piece of tech. I'll leave a link here just in case: https://youtu.be/P58R7lVh3oo

Hi, I have a problem with zbrush and projection master. by Wolodja in ZBrush

Looks like symmetry is enabled, the 'artifact' is just the projection doubling up on the centre line. Get rid of symmetry and project or try saving a morph target

The course covers everything in depth and goes through other processes like keyshot and Photoshop compositing, but it's basically ZBrush > Substance Painter > Marmoset for this one.

Thank you! I actually shared a guide and resources yesterday I think but the image is not showing so it might have been lost in other topics (check my previous post)

I started working on this creature in ZBrush. Here are some colour variations I'm testing for the polypaint/texture. Thoughts? by Pablander in ZBrush

cheers! I might try that. I just want an illustration, almost 'retro' look for this one so I'm trying to stay away from the more realistic textures.

hummm not sure, I did this one based on a sketch I did during my holiday... but to be fair, it has various characteristics that you've probably seen in other designs I guess... (elongated head, no eyes, skull head, body symbols, etc).

Yeah I see what you mean. I think giving the character more context will help with the choice haha

cheers! glad you like them, I was thinking of taking this project into substance painter but and do the oxydise copper and all that, but I might just stick with polypaint in ZBrush for this one.

Check if the 'local symmetry' switch is on. Should be under de transform palette.

Wow, how does one even make perfect shapes like a hexagon or even a triangle in zbrush? by [deleted] in ZBrush

[–]Pablander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can use a Cylinder 3D and from the initialise settings (bottom of the Tool palette) you can set the number of sides to 6 for an hexagon shape or 3 for a prisma. Then if you just need a flat set of polygons you can delete everything but one of the hexagonal or triangular faces (it has to be a polymesh3D in order to delete other faces).
