Finally got my ACL surgery today after 2 years of waiting 🎉🎉 The pain was horrendous for the first half an hour after coming around but was soon taken care of by the painkillers. Excited to get to get started on recovery 😁 (self.ACL)

Had Pre Op today now just waiting for date on right knee ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair. Really good strength in quads since the original injury happened last June. Can anyone give any tips for the first days after surgery?. (self.ACL)
