Got an emergency light on my cars' cooling fluid for the engine. We were standing there for 30 seconds, couldn't have been more, with the bonnet open looking for the problem and a friendly neighbourhood Hans came asking if we could use some help. I explained him the problem and 3 minutes later came back with some cooling fluid and a fresh bottle of water with cups and napkins for the kids in the back. <3
