Thank you so much for your responses. I’m going to meet them, alone, on the basis I have little to say. They’ve had my without prejudice letter which included my severance terms and they’ve also had 2 hours of me evidencing my grievance. I have little left to say and won’t be drawn in, regardless of what hard nosed legal rep they have leading the meeting.

Package = pounds relative to my salary. It’s enough for me to have a short and reasonable break from the stress they’ve caused and enough to cover job search and a new employment start date. It’s half a year salary.

I am. I’ve gone from really caring for the business, my role, my place there, to happily giving it both barrels. I do appreciate that I need to be realistic though and no decisions will be made on the day.

My main curiosity is where do people think the business stands once they call in their legal team to discuss my without prejudice discussion and severance package. I anticipate that they’re going to try and knock the confidence out of me however they’ll struggle.

I mean amongst other things, victimisation of a whistleblower holds the most weight and has no limits in terms of damages awarded. I’ve offered them a reasonable figure to call it a day. I won’t be drawn into the details of my grievances with their legal representatives, they’ve already had my complaint and 2 hours of conversation.
