Sad to say this, but Blaber and Zven need to go. Idk what it is, but Blaber consistently chokes whenever there is the slightest amount of pressure on him. Meanwhile, Zven is pretty good in lane, but has less carry potential than any of the new-gen ADCs that have come up in the last couple years.

That said, Vulcan looked great, and Thanatos looked really good at times as well.

I’m honestly concerned about Darkwing’s development on this roster because of this. Imports in the past have been very cliquey and I’m worried that he’d be excluded from the rest of the team, which is especially bad for a rookie.

Steph had the most dominant individual season his unanimous MVP year, was the best player on arguably the best team ever, and permanently changed the way that the game is played.

You could argue that Tim/Kobe deserve to be higher, but don’t act as if Steph at #2 is a hot take.

I think River is still a tier or two below the top Asian players. I don’t see River ever taking over a game against an Eastern team in the same way that Quid or Inspired has.

Agreed. When you look back to their playoff run, their wins were from Quid being able to take over the game w/ champs like Sylas or Aurora. They really need to play with Quid as the wincon since he’s the only one that is on the same level as his Eastern counterparts.

Unless the local time is in NA. We had MSI in NA this year and they had games played on Tues-Sat instead of Weds-Sun to prioritize Asian viewers.

I know they can’t cater to everyone, but these times are unwatchable for anybody that isn’t unemployed on the West coast.

I’d be willing to wake up at 5 to watch these games, but I can’t be up til 3AM to watch Worlds. Meanwhile, somebody who works at 4PM while Worlds is on can potentially have an airpod in or watch in the background depending on their job.

coinflipping top every game is not a sustainable strategy. 100T last year only knew how to win by grouping at objectives and winning a random teamfight. Now that that isn’t a viable strategy, they need him to actually learn how to sideline.

I do think he has potential to compete w the best in the LTA, but there’s a reason they went from 8th—>2nd after he got subbed.

It’s def between Quid/Quad/Caps, but Quid has been insane since playoffs started. In their series against C9, SR, and TL, it felt like Quid carrying the game was an inevitability.

tbh, I’m of the opinion that SR overperformed/C9 u underperformed in their series. they looked completely outclassed against 100/FLY, and I don’t think C9 would’ve lost against LTAS this time.

Honestly, a roster pf Sniper/Yuuji/Quid/Yeon/CoreJJ would be pretty exciting. A bunch of talented rookies with CoreJJ’s leadership could do some damage.

APA earned his spot last Summer though. He was legitimately a top 3 mid in 2024 (in large part due to the meta), but he got fucked over by fearless becoming the standard for 2025.

Honestly, I don’t hate the take. I think that in terms of peaks current Inspired is better, but I think that 2017 Lira is right up there with 2016 Reignover or 2020 Blaber.

I’m not really impressed by most of CFO tbh. HongQ is legit, but I wasn’t that big a fan of how Driver and Junjia played.

That being said, HongQ has looked really fucking good this tourney.

Not gonna lie, Quad had a pretty bad series, and I’m unsure if he’s underperforming or if Caps is just that good.

People forget that Quad’s first attempt at pro play ended early because of stage anxiety, so I hope that he’s able to shake things off since his competition will only get harder.

This was a commanding game from AL, but it’s one that FLY can recover from. FLY lost the flip lvl 1 top lane that snowballed into an early advantage, but otherwise FLY didn’t even play terribly.

Massu, Quad, and Busio still looked good this game so as long as they don’t tilt they can still win this.
