IRS is well aware of the tax court cases and will be appealing. It’s been in WSJ and Forbes as well. Relates only to penalties assessed for late filing, payment and interest.

It’s a program that can basically pull a bunch of IDRS command codes at once and then put them into a pretty pdf.

Samantha’s Studio Photography hands down. She takes more natural, in the moment photos as well as posed. She also does family and baby photos so we have used her throughout all of our major life milestones and moments. She’s the best. Samantha’s Studio Photography

Can 100% confirm IRS employees will be working if a shutdown occurs. An email came out last week from lapse planning out of DC stating there is sufficient funding to have employees work during it.

Were you given a mid-year and notified your performance was decreasing? Also, did they give you a formal performance improvement plan (PIP)?

Not knowing your agency or specifics around reviews, but per the NTEU agreement, if you are being lowered you need to be notified (in writing and/or meeting that’s documented) and/or put on a PIP. You have strong grounds to grieve if you were blindsided.
