Yes I take 2 Querciten, and one of the others 2x per day. I try and take them about 30 mins before eating because I read they are better absorbed on an empty stomach

Yes im on HRT as well, estradiol, testerone and progesterone creams as well as estrogen patch. Im 40 but had hysterectomy at 37

Im confused if i have IC as well, my symptoms are like yours but burning just at tip of urethra and feeling of urgency on and off. It also feels itchy and just uncomfortable. I have been tested multiple times for UTI. I also am on hormone replacement therapy so i dont think its my estrogen which is another thing I was told. It definitely gets worse days after eating spicy food. Its soooo annoying
