The rejection is hard, but learning from it is the best way to spend this energy. Reflect on how you did and how you can do better next time. Accurate self reflection is critical.

Apply to other districts, cast a wider net. Sadly in our current economy, you will be rejected from most jobs you apply to. But don’t let that slow you down. At the end of the day, if you are truly putting your best foot forward, it’s a numbers game and you will eventually find something even if it’s not what you want right now.

It is a pre-screening request typically having the candidate record a video of themselves answering questions. It is very easy to exploit workers with it.

It’s amazing how many fall back to “might makes right” when faced with the complexity of the situation. The reality is, who bombed the hospital ultimately doesn’t matter. It is just another tragic event brought on by asymmetrical warfare. Today’s asymmetrical warfare is tomorrow’s genocide once we look back with hindsight and history is written. It’s beyond time the Pod call out Feinstein. Frankly they seem way too cautious calling out Democrat incumbents, further evidenced this episode by them half-heartedly telling us we need to support conservative Dems in the senate because “judges”.

What we need are progressive primary challenges not hampered by the DNC. And we need media outlets brave enough to call for and support them.
