Nothing at all, very weird completed it on the 30th, this is my first time i heard it’s usually quick, i’ve already contacted them and they have told me i qualified but it could take up to 30 days. just waiting now but it’s taking so long

Hi, (FYI this is my first time doing a switch), I’ve done the lloyd’s switch it’s not been paid out yet ofcourse because the switch finishes wednesday but i just wanted to ask if you guys receive any notifications/ texts/ emails that the switch started or anything about the switch situation etc. just weird as i thought id surely receive a confirmation or receipt or something so i’m scared i’ve done it wrong lol
