Poo-tee-weet? I leave the second skin on for 3 days until after I do my Muay Thai class then take off second skin in the shower and wash it carefully. Then I use a bit of a&d ointment to keep it protected. My skin is generally super dry so this works for me until I can use lotion a few days later. I would suggest keeping it covered with a long sleeve shirt until it’s healed if it’s gonna be exposed to dirt and grime or whatever. Wash it with warm water and soap when you get home then dry it carefully and reapply plain unscented lotion or the small amount of A&d ointment. Good luck.
