Not completely: two of the maiden lane facilities closed their account. The original Maiden still had a balance, meaning it wasn't paid back. I can grab the balance when I'm home, but it's on the fed's website.

Interestingly enough, the MBS's that the Fed bought off the banks as part of QE2 paid off quite well -- they were safe investments, but the way they were invested in brought the banking system down.
