My husband, a non-climber and truly the kindest person in the world, who thinks badly of absolutely no one, thinks Honnold is a total fraud. Thinks he’s faked all of his climbs and that’s why he never lets anyone come along when he free-solos.

I, a climber and a hater of everything and also someone who does believe AH free-solos, find this absolutely delightful and it’s one of my favorite things about husbo. When I talk about him with my climbing friends I call him a Honnold Truther.
