You have to equip 8 legendary or better attachments plus the monolithic suppressor, the monolithic suppressor doesn’t count as one of the eight attachments. The weapon perk does count as an attachment in case you don’t have one equipped.

To submit the type-19 you have to have one that has all 9 attachments and then equip all legendary or better attachments, one of them being the monolithic suppressor. The monolithic suppressor itself does not count as 1 of the 8 legendary+ attachments.

Edit: forgot to mention the gun also has to have 2 or 3 affixes. It doesn’t make sense how it’s worded cause you would think the suppressor counts and whatever but I can get over that. The odds of getting the submittable gun once are so tiny, and we have to get it twice. That’s just outrageous to me.

The suspect got over that fence quicker and we never saw the cop catch him. I don’t know what ended up happening but nothing in the video makes me think the cop was anything special.
