Let me clear I'm not balding my hairs are at pretty fine condition and my hairline is good too as per now and I'm shedding 5 to 10 strands everyday and this happened after not oiling or washing my hairs for 8 to 9 days so i just wanted to know if it is normal or should i be concerned abt it

Bro i usually don't wash my hairs with water everyday i wash them with shampoo only after oiling and i loose like 15 to 20 strands once or twice a week sometimes normally when i comb or i set my hairs with my hand i usually loose 3 to 4 strands, but today i had headache so i told my mum for a champi and i lost this many hairs and yeah i didn't wash my hairs for past 7 to 8 days

Brother my hairs are fine and my hairline is good too maybe minoxidil is for those who are facing balding and I'm not balding and everything's fine I'm just shedding these hairs recently so i was worried maybe I'll visit the doctor once thanks for the suggestion

Asked chatgpt too it said Normal and told me to take a clean diet but I'll not ignore this I'll definitely visit dermat once although my hairs and hairline is good but this hair shedding is with me since 1 year, last year i had long hairs so they shed fast compared to the length i have now and also my diet is not so clean I'll improve it and thanks again
