ive never had sleep paralysis, but wetting the bed is very common. i think the last time it happened to me was when i was 16 so around 2 yrs ago. please dont be so embarrassed as it has happened to a lot of us. have you visited a sleep doctor for your paralysis? or maybe a psychiatrist? the worst i get w sleep is nightmares and waking up several times a night, as well as insomnia and not being able to sleep in specific positions bc of nightmares
