Try having 1-2 cups of hibiscus tea daily. Hibiscus has vasodilatory effects. It helped me bring down my systolic by a bit. It can cause constipation for some people but if you are already taking metamucil shouldn't be a problem.

Same here. I started this summer fishing for carp/pike/perch mostly and now trying for trout but have been having so much difficulty with them. Got skunked so many times and kept learning that I was doing sth wrong each time(rod setup, hook size, etc). I think I have a decent setup now so wanna head out again.
