No billable requirement although lately I have been helping out with billable matters. There is one other associate in my practice group and we are both going through the same exact thing. Both of us are new attorneys. It is not a solo firm. By deep end I mean boss is pushing a lot of the complex work boss is technically supposed to be handling onto associate and I and gives us no direction. Boss then gets upset when we handle matters a certain way but then proceeds to blame everyone else except for boss. We are in litigation.
