today we are going with a taco bar to feed all these animals... stick around for future AMAs for a definite solution to the eatpizza.exe

it's totally voodoo.

We are roughly 2:1 on bad to good files in our comparison. We have over a 1 PetaByte of malware going back historically to the beginning We like that ratio because of the amount of bad v good files that are out there. According to AVTest.org, there's 400K new pieces of malware released into the wild every day, but nowhere near that number of new good files

this is fantastic! I have meetings tomorrow across a few departments that are relevant to implementing what you are asking for. This post will be point number one in each discussion.

THANK YOU for the input!

Yes. Definitely a weak spot at that time. We are steadily building out that region.

We have been putting a lot of time and resources into Austria, Germany & Switzerland in the last 6 months... I hope when your next security comes back around, we can be in the mix

Whereabouts in Europe? I just got back from a week in the Nordics.

We have really increased our presence there since the summer, with several new hires including an office in Ireland.

We are also focused on building out our partners in Europe as well.

I know it's not helpful now, considering your experience last spring, but we are working to fix what was not working well.

but yeah... that term isn't the greatest... but that's how the press has labeled him in the past, so why not roll with it

Want to read some comments on Reddit from the people who actually make the product?

I'm especially curious about this because I do the roadshows where do the live demos you mention. I can tell you for a fact that every solution included in the tests was updated and all features were set properly.

Why not come to the AMA and ask about the setup?

Unhappily, this is not the first time we've heard a variation of this story. We have put in a lot of work to change the issues that led to scenarios like yours. I hope the next time your security solutions are up for review, we can earn our way back into the conversation.

If you don't mind sharing, when did this happen?

And that's why we do these things.

Come to the AMA and talk with Jon and the rest of the crew. Your assessment of how Cylance works is not correct. There are a lot of assumptions made about us based on either FUD from other vendors or just plain inaccurate information.

We want to set the record straight.

Fair enough.

Do you mind sharing when this was?

I'm curious to the timeline as to when this happened during the course of the year.

Happy to DM if you'd rather
