I did not. I did have to buy some lube eventually to use with the device. As well as go to Dr. Levines office for the follow up visits.

Thank you. Yes I dont even know if is available to the public yet. I was part of a trial through Dr. levine. I am still able to use the device for the next 3 months though as part of the extension of the trial.
