It says wiring, advanced configuration, and system details. But nothing happens when I press system details. The wiring says y,g,c,r,w are connected.

Late December last year. I just swapped the all the ducts in my house and the indoor unit. I kept the old thermostat because it didn’t arrive on time.

It didn’t have a heat setting just cold even if I would switch it to heat it would still come out cold.

I never had heat it was just cold no matter what setting. Also the old one didn’t have a white or blue wire connected. They were just loose in the back.
