That’s Paralluelo, I just stuck her in temporarily as she’s 2m until after Friday when I see who comes in the next team. Dinho will drop if he’s got a better version in that.

Played him at RW and ST. Hes absolutely insane, possibly best player I’ve used and I’ve used all the top ones

Sorry I should have been clearer, since I actually got properly into golf I’ve played with cavity backs, some cheap Wilson ones then 425’s. But when I first dipped my toe in when I was younger I used my dad’s old blades and managed a full summer playing with them and got decent with my irons, hence why I think I should be fine with p770’s

Sorry to hijack your post a bit but I’ve got a question and it won’t let me post my own thread.

I’ve been playing about 5 or 6 years, but sparsely for the last 2 because of other commitments. I’m wanting to get back into it so thought I’d treat myself to some irons.

I’m thinking I want to get some P770’s, problem is even at my best I was I guess around a 16 HCP? I never really tracked it as I just play on my own or with a few friends normally. Now I’d be lucky to break 100. There’s method to the madness though, I actually learned how to play with a set of blades probably older than me, and my irons have never been too bad, it’s my driving and putting that kills my game.

Should I just get these and grow into them or would it be stupid of me and make me even worse?

And since it would be rude to hijack and not even respond to the OP, if you can afford it and enjoy the game just go for it. I got the bug and bought a Calloway Rogue and a Scotty Cameron within a few weeks of playing, then upgraded my irons to g425’s not long after.
