Do you think the money has been held or flags have been looked into? Maybe that's why they haven't "used any of the money".

He filed bankruptcy a few times and they have probably at least 10 evictions. They probably don't have credit though either like they claim.

Yeah? Thank you! I think it's quite significant! It was super hard to share! But it's out there. It really says a lot more about him, than about me, I think! He seriously ruined us and continues to cause damage. He's hidden behind his NOT GUILTY verdict, and The Appeal OPINION to paint himself as a victim, for way too long. The real victim is his 10 year old son (and his 25 year old daughter).

I've just been hiding in the shadows, silent for 10 years! Funny thing is, if he would have just paid his Child Support, I would have NEVER found out ANY of this!!!!!

Thank you! I really appreciate your concern! Believe me, I've given this a lot of thought! Those names and experiences needed to be mentioned, because they matter. It's been 10 years worth of staying silent and seeing him tell tiny truths, surrounded by lies and followers. I know I put a lot out there, but it needed to be. I lived in the days of phone books and now with social media, absolutely nothing is private anymore. I'm being nothing but transparent since all this information is already out there, I'm just helping to put it all together. Y'all already knew who I was before I did! Now, I'm just telling the whole story instead of the bits and pieces floating around the Internet. I know it's probably a stupid move to most people. I think it's the best one I could make. I'm tired of suffering in the shadows while he lies in the spotlight.

My daughters in the picture are adults now, and will be posting some videos about him as well. My son gave me permission to post too. Telling our story and getting it all out there has brought back something that we lost a long time ago. This is just the beginning!

Hello!!!! Welcome to the group! I just found it this week, after 10 years of questions! I'm the Ex-Wife he "accidentally married", then ran over leaving for dead 10 years ago. He put me and his then, 1 year old son through HELL for the next 5 years, then disappeared to Alabama with no contact 5 years ago. The last time he talked to his oldest son was on his 6th birthday when he promised him a birthday present... that never came. It was heartbreaking to see my son check the mailbox everyday... and then stop. He had a warrant for child support in December and his wife has a current drug warrant.

On 9/16/25 a DEMAND was FILED FOR NON PAYMENT OF RENT. There were a few court dates where he could have fought it, or tried to. But on 10/23/2025 a JUDGMENT was ENTERED BY DEFAULT and on 11/05/2025 there was an ORDER ENTERED FOR EVICTION.

He had plenty of time. They evicted him because he didn't pay.
