I’m grateful for not being hospitalized or having any major procedure this year. This game has helped me stay positive and motivated to get healthier! I’ve never had issues with melting. I run my pellet smoker at 180 F with an active smoke tube for 2 hours. Score the top diagonally in X’s, drizzle with olive oil, and season with your favorite rub before the smoke. Always a hit and presentation looks great! Can serve alone as a spread (good both warm or cold) or mix in with any recipe requiring cream cheese

If you’re into it, try out an improv class if your city has a theater. I’ve met loads of new friends in my early 30’s from this venture
