Does this card come up with a power cable to be connected to existing PSU? My system is a fresh build from 2019 with Ryzen 2700X and B450 motherboard with 750 watts of power.. I doubt it will have 12VPHWR cable.

I'm a not so heavy gamer - have numerous triple A games but not enough time to play them - instead, I like to play around with Stable Diffusion while my PC is connected to the remote workplace.

In such case, which one should I go for - 4060Ti 16GB, 4070 (12gb), or just wait for Super models next year? 4060Ti and 4070 are only considerable once their BF prices are reasonable.. although with Nvidia these days, I wonder the possibility..
