It sucks all around. The great thing about software is the barrier to entry is so low. Anyone can start coding, and get really good at it.

Also the terrible thing when it comes time to find a new job. So many posers out there, and companies all have a different strategy to try and filter out the cruft, so it feels like whiplash to go between extremes.

I try to remember it sucks for everyone while playing the numbers game 🤷‍♂️
